RunUp AI offers API services for AI models that allow you to integrate AI-powered capabilities into your applications. You may purchase credits or subscribe to plans for access to these models. Our Services are available for use via the API only, and you are required to register for an account to use the API.
To access the Services, you must register for an account by providing a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to use the Services responsibly and not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:
We collect only the email address you provide during the registration process. We do not collect any other personal data unless explicitly provided by you. For information on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
RunUp AI offers two payment options for credits: one-time payments and subscription-based payments. Developers can choose to pay for credits themselves, or they can have their users pay for credits via an OAuth flow. When using the OAuth flow, developers can redirect their users to this website to complete the payment process.
Once the user completes a payment, the corresponding credits are transferred to the developer's account, associated with a unique token. Developers are responsible for ensuring their users fully understand the credit purchasing process, including the payment amount, what the credits will be used for, and any applicable terms and conditions.
Credits purchased by users through the OAuth flow are non-refundable, and credits can be used for any AI models available on the platform. Credits can be topped up at any time, and the usage of credits will be reflected in the developer's account. While AIRouter is in beta, credits purchased may expire 12 months after purchase.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. If we make any changes to the pricing, we will notify developers via the AIRouter website or Services.
RunUp AI is not responsible for the content generated by the AI models or the output generated from user inputs. You understand that you are responsible for how the output is used in your applications and services. RunUp AI does not warrant that the AI models will always be accurate, reliable, or free from errors.
We also disclaim any responsibility for any loss, damage, or harm that may occur as a result of your use of the Services. This includes any losses related to the data you input or any third-party services you may use in connection with our API.
Any disputes arising from the use of our Services will be governed by the laws of England and Wales. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it will be resolved through arbitration or mediation.
You can terminate your account at any time through your user console. Once your account is terminated, you will no longer have access to the Services, and any credits associated with your account may be forfeited.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes to these Terms by posting them on our website or through other means. Your continued use of the Services after any changes to these Terms will be deemed acceptance of those changes.
